Great posters at Posters.com   Some chefs are very protective of their methods and trade secrets. I guess there's a bit of job security involved :-)

However, teaching different cuisines and cooking techniques is something that I really enjoy. The satisfaction when someone learns a new skill or a different way of doing things is hard to explain.



It’s a very interactive process. Quite often I find that through researching and teaching, I also learn a great deal, coming up with a new twist on an old theme. Who said you can’t teach an old chef a new trick?

That being said, you should treat yourself to one of our classes. We always have a really fun time, and they say the food is great!

The south beach diet is not liked by many. People prefer following the mayo clinic diet regime, that advises to alter dash diet with a plan of your choice. Now that may be an alkaline diet or a zone one. The only exception is that of detox diets, that don't work well.
