As a Chef/Instructor and also personal chef/caterer I am constantly asked questions on every aspect of food and cooking.
Teaching as many cooking classes as I do (up to six or so a week), I am always up for a teaching session somewhere. What better way to do so than to send out some of my thoughts in a cooking newsletter or food newsletter of some sort? I agree :-)
A while back there was a time when I was able to put out my cooking newsletter, however, the past couple years or so have been very busy (luckily) and I haven't had the time to do so. You can check out my past food newsletters in the archives.
That being said, I'm planning on getting back to writing again and sending out bytes of knowledge once in a while. Not a regular subscription, mind you, but as my schedule allows.
