Don't stress out... substitute !!!
Here are a few substitutions...
Buttermilk, for 1 cup use 1 TBSP lemon juice or vinegar + enough milk to make
1 Cup. Let stand 5 minutes.
Unsweetened Chocolate, 1 oz. = 3 TBSP cocoa + 1 TBSP butter or margarine
Cornstarch, 2 TBSP = 1TBSP flour (for use as thickener)
Garlic, 1 clove = 1/8 tsp. garlic powder or 1/2 tsp minced garlic
Onions, 1/2 Cup = 2 TBSP. dehydrated onions
